Dina has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings and this has allowed her to gain experience and expertise working with adults who want to overcome challenges with anxiety, panic, procrastination, OCD and intrusive thinking. Dina’s approach focuses on utilizing skills and strategies from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as well as mindfulness-based strategies.
Dina’s aim in therapy is to provide her clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to share about their struggles. She is passionate about empowering clients to trust in their ability to manage life challenges, and make good decisions by helping her clients to learn concrete tools that they can apply to real-life challenges and reduce their mental health distress. She wants to help clients who struggle with intense emotions to better understand themselves, and work towards acceptance, while also improving their confidence and to feel secure in their ability to handle distress and tolerate the uncertainty of life.

Dr. Christina Iorio is a dedicated and experienced clinical psychologist specializing in adults and couples. With a warm and non-judgemental approach, she is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, improve their relationships, and achieve personal growth and fulfillment.
Dr. Iorio has worked with adults and couples in various therapeutic settings. Her areas of expertise include working with adults struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, OCD and perfectionism. She also works with couples having trouble navigating conflict in their relationship and who want to improve communication and connection. Dr. Iorio utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices to tailor her interventions to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Dr. Iorio believes that every individual and couple possesses the inherent capacity for growth and positive change. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their concerns, gain insight into their patterns and obstacles, and develop practical strategies to enhance their well-being and relationships. Dr. Iorio’s compassionate and collaborative approach empowers her clients to overcome obstacles and create more fulfilling lives.
